The manufacturer will handle the replacement or repair of items that are defective during the specified warranty period. We will give you the address and return information. There will be no cost if the defective product is returned to the manufacturer, shipping prepaid, and the manufacturer will pay return shipping.
You can return or exchange new merchandise within 30 days of Invoice date. You may request a refund of the purchase price less shipping, or exchange for a different item and we will adjust the price accordingly.
New items may be returned within 30 days of purchase( 20% restocking fee) Special orders are non-returnable. Returns need to include all original accessories and instructions and must be re-boxed as new.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned as new and undamaged equipment, with all accessories and instructions and in the original shipping box. Items that show signs of use or missing parts cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
